Ingredients
1 cup rice flour
0.5 cup wheat flour
0.25 cup grated jaggery or brown sugar
0.5 teaspoon cardamom powder
0.25 teaspoon salt
0.5 cup water
ghee or oil for greasing
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix together rice flour, wheat flour, jaggery, cardamom powder, and salt.
Gradually add water to the mixture and stir well to form a smooth batter.
The batter should be thick but pourable. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
Heat a non-stick pan or dosa tava over medium heat. Grease with ghee or oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread evenly to form a circular shape.
Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the edges start to curl and the surface is dry.
Flip the dosa and cook for another minute.
