About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 cups flour

  • 4 teaspoons salt

  • 500 grams Rama

  • 4 cups boiling water

Preparation

  1. Add salt to flour.

  2. Melt Rama and add to flour mixture.

  3. Gradually add water to make dough.

  4. Be cautious with boiling water as you are adding and mixing.

  5. Once dough is formed, make small balls with dough.

  6. Use a rolling pin to make the round flatbread shape,

  7. Use flour when rolling to make dough less sticky.

  8. Fry flatbread on cooking griddle.

  9. Add melted Rama on flatbread while frying.

  10. Turn until done.
