About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 80 grams fresh mint

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter (salted)

  • 3 chillies

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 0.5 onion

  • 30 grams fresh coriander

  • 1 teaspoon tamarind

  • 0.5 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • curry leaves

  • salt

  • 0.5 teaspoon ginger and garlic

Preparation

  1. Break mint leaves and rinse.

  2. Mix tamarind in water.

  3. Add mint leaves, peanut butter, chillies, tomatoes, coriander, ginger and garlic to blender. Blend ingredients.

  4. Add the tamarind water to it, blend until it forms a paste.

  5. Fry the onions and mustard seeds, add the mixture to it, lower the heat immediately, it will burn quickly.

  6. Add salt and adjust according to taste.

  7. Add curry leaves and leave on very low heat to cook.
