About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • oil

  • 1 cup rice

  • 125 grams black beans

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • salt

  • water

Preparation

  1. Soak beans, and boil afterwards with little salt.

  2. Boil rice separately, add salt.

  3. Strain rice.

  4. Add boiled beans, tomato paste, red bell peppers, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika.

  5. Mix well and serve.
