About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram chicken

  • 140 grams Woolworths spicy harissa red pepper paste

  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)

  • 1 tablespoon coriander

  • 1 tablespoon cumin

  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Mix Woolworths spicy harissa red pepper paste with coriander, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic and salt.

  2. Marinade chicken with mixture. Set some mixture aside to use as basting.

  3. Grill chicken, turning occasionally and applying the mixture.
