Ingredients
1kg lamb
2 baby cabbages
Oil
1 onion
5 cinnamon sticks
3 bay leaves
5 tomatoes
2 tablespoons chilli powder
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
1 teaspoon salt
curry leaves
coriander
Preparation
Fry cinnamon sticks, bay leaves and onions in oil.
Add tomatoes, chilly powder, garam masala, ginger garlic, salt. Allow to cook.
Add lamb and water. Allow to cook.
When meat is almost cooked, add cabbage, curry leaves and coriander. Cook until cabbage is cooked.
Always regulate heat and adjust water accordingly.
